Emily Marxer Designs

Emily Marxer is a freelance designer based out of Chicago, IL.  She was the 2008 winner of the Richard Dreihaus fashion excellence award and was featured in the 82nd annual Chicago Rush University Fashion Show. 
 
Emily has been shown with her designs in periodicals such as Fashion Chicago Magazine, Chicago Social Magazine, Chicago Sun Times, and Dominican University Magazine.  (Fabrifacia Extremum Collection, see picture on Left)

She specializes in women's apparel and gowns and is taking on new clients every day.

From Fashion to the Stage

Ms. Marxer can also be found costume designing in her spare time.  She has costumed such shows as  Christopher Durang's Medea, Mrs. Sorken, For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls, Desire, Desire, Desire, Vagina Monologues, Beckett's What Where, and Working.
